The Advocacy Group are a group of elected people that avail of support services from the Brothers of Charity Roscommon, The elected group changes every 2-3 years. The current group were elected last year by their colleagues in each area.

The Advocacy Group meet in our local centres regularly and the county group (elected members) meet on the last Tuesday of every month. We usually meet in the Quad Centre. So if you have any issues you’d like raised contact your local rep!!!! The Advocacy Group is supported & co-ordinated by the Social Work dept. and support staff from each region.

The 2016 National Advocacy Conference was be held on November 13th in The West County Hotel in Clare. The theme of the conference will be “The Rising
