level of service provided is set out in a Service Agreement with the Mid-Western Health Board, and the
Brothers of Charity Limerick. The Service Agreement document was designed by the National Federation of
Voluntary Bodies, and the Department of Health and Children in 1997. This Service Agreement underpins
the level and quantity of service provided by our region on a yearly basis. There is a very close working
relationship with the Daughters of Charity, Charleville & District Association for the Handicapped, Sean
Ross and St. Cronan’s, and all these service providers are members of the Regional Federation of Voluntary
Bodies.
