Sometimes people who use the service may wish to make a comment or compliment about the service that they have received. Equally they may also wish to make a complaint if they feel that they did not receive as good a service as they expected.

Galway Advocacy Service


The advocacy service is one that offers support to work with you. An advocate is a person who can assist you to make a complaint. A staff member or a trusted person may also act as advocate for people wishing to make a complaint. They help by supporting you to put forward your views, claim your entitlements and where necessary represent you and negotiate on your behalf.
